Acceptance of Work
A quote will be emailed to you and if you are happy to commence with the work that has been quoted for, we will give you a date which is convenient for you and the project timescale will be given.
All work is carried out between the hours of 8.00am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, unless specific arrangements have been made with the client for alternative times.
There is no obligation for our free quotes to be accepted and if changes to the quoted work is required there is no charge. The quoted price will be confirmed on the date of booking.
Standard of Work
All works are carried out in line with the BS3998 standards unless agreed otherwise with the client.
Customer Satisfaction Agreement
After the works have been completed, a team member will ask for you to sign and declare that you are satisfied.
Please only sign when all works have been completed.
Should you have any queries, please talk to one of our team leaders before signing.
Payment Terms
On completion of works, an invoice will be submitted for payment.
Payment can either be paid via BACS (all information listed on invoice) or by cheque.
Payment is to be made within 7 days of the invoice date.
Cancellation and Fees
If the work has been booked and confirmed and is cancelled by the client less with less than 48 hours of the project commencement, then a 20% fee will be payable.
If more than 48 hours of notice has been given, then there is no penalty.
